SLOW DOWN
MYOPIA!
____
If your child is diagnosed with myopia, apart from not seeing well, myopia also increases the risk of certain eye diseases including cataract & retinal detachment. Some may even lead to permanent loss of vision.
The higher the myopia, the higher the risk. The fastest progression is between 7 to 12 years of age. Therefore, it is best to start young to control myopia progression. In recent years, research has shown proven methods that can slow down myopia progression.
